You are responsible for managing access permissions and removing users when appropriate.

7. Payment and Billing

If you purchase a paid plan or subscription:

You agree to pay all fees associated with your account
Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
You are responsible for any applicable taxes

We use third-party payment processors. Your payment information is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PayPing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, payping SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Damages resulting from errors or omissions in subscription data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayPing, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Non-payment of fees (for paid accounts)
Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
